​How Do I Place An Order?
Please go to our Shop (see main menu above) and browse through the various categories to find your display solution.

Simply add your required product(s) to the Shopping trolley and when happy with your final order proceed to Payment and Shipping as directed.

100% Secure Payment
We accept payment via debit/credit card and Paypal (protected by HTTPS / TLS encryption online security).
Both methods are easily accessed via the Checkout page after reviewing your order in Shopping trolley.

Shipping
​
Our aim is to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days. (Excluding Bank holidays, weekends and annual leave).
Once shipped you will receive email notification and where applicable a tracking number.

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For for all orders weighing less than 2kg whilst packed orders exceeding 2kg will be dispatched via Parcelforce.

Every order that leaves GWA is packed with care to ensure your cases arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately if any damage has occured during shipping.
​Returns & Refunds
GW Acrylic Ltd abides by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 for distance selling (applicable on all orders valued over £42 excluding delivery).

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling.
​
We will provide a refund of the original cost of the product(s) on receipt of the product(s) in original packaging in an undamaged resaleable condition.
Return costs are payable by the customer.

Damaged Products
​
If any part of your order is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately via info@gwacrylic.co.uk (please include images) to help us resolve the issue without any delay. It is your choice whether to receive a refund or replacement product.

UV Protection
​
Environmental factors, including ultra-violet sunlight, can be harmful to the life of your display case. We use highly transparent cast acrylic sheet with added ultra-violet stabilisers in our display cases, which makes our display cases UV resistant. No display case will protect your collectible 100% from all environmental factors, including UV sunlight. Correct lighting and keeping your collectible out of direct sunlight are the best way to protect your collectible. With exception that our display cases will be UV resistant, we make no other warranty, express or implied, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness or suitability for a particular purpose or use with respect to the UV display cases.
