​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Please go to our Shop (see main menu above) and browse through the various categories to find your display solution. 

Simply add your required product(s) to the Shopping trolley and when happy with your final order proceed to Payment and Shipping as directed.

We accept payment via debit/credit card and Paypal (protected by HTTPS / TLS encryption online security).

 

Both methods are easily accessed via the Checkout page after reviewing your order in Shopping trolley.

Shipping

Our aim is to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days. (Excluding Bank holidays, weekends and annual leave). 

Once shipped you will receive email notification and where applicable a tracking number.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

GW Acrylic Ltd abides by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 for distance selling (applicable on all orders valued over £42 excluding delivery).

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling.

We will provide a full refund of the cost of the product(s) plus shipping on receipt of the full cancelled order in it's original packaging in an undamaged state. Return costs are payable by the customer.

Damaged Products

If any part of your order is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately via info@gwacrylic.co.uk (preferably with images) to help us resolve the issue without any delay. It is your choice whether to receive a refund or replacement product.

Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure you the smoothest possible buying experience sometimes outside forces are out of our control. However, we will always resolve any issue openly and in the quickest possible time frame.
