17th October: Arrive UK Port
21st/22nd October: Arrive at GW Warehouse

All pre-orders will be dispatched to customers before November 6th.
Please note that all pre-orders are dispatched in chronological order from the date received. Once packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number. Please try and resist chasing your pre-order as all efforts at this time will be focused on dispatching your cases as quickly and safely as possible.

Past Update:

 

Dear Fellow Collectors,

I have received an update from our factory that production is currently running 2-3 weeks behind schedule due to the unusually high quantity of lines (60+) within the order. Once I have a firm delivery date I will be in touch directly with everyone who has placed a pre-order via www.gwacrylic.co.uk

 

This is especially disappointing as it means that not only all pre-orders will be shipped to you in October, rather than the original September estimate, but also, I will be unable to bring the usual glittering array of products to the Echo Base Live show. I apologise profusely in advance for the delay but given the quantity and range of products incoming your collections will rejoice once in hand.

 

As a result, I will now keep the ‘SUMMER SALE’ discount offers, applicable on all existing stock and pre-order items, running until the container arrives at our warehouse.

FAQs

What is a 'Pre-Order'?

The ability to purchase products that are not (yet) in stock for delivery at a stated time in the future. Each product shown will clearly state the anticipated arrival date. (Updates will be posted in our Facebook Group: GW Acrylic -Speciality Display Products) as well above.

When do I pay for my 'Pre-Order'?

Payment is required via the checkout immediately to confirm your order for the product(s). 

Can I combine multiple Pre-Orders?

Yes - multiple Pre-Orders can be consolidated into one dispatch to save on shipping costs. Any additional shipping fees charged will be refunded to your original source of payment.

Please note: If you confirm an order that includes both 'in stock' as well as 'Pre-order' product(s), we will consolidate all products together once the pre-ordered products are in-hand. No part shipments will be processed.

When do I pay for shipping my 'Pre-Order'?

Shipping will be charged at the point of order confirmation via the checkout.
ALL PRE-ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING UNLESS COLLECTING IN PERSON FROM A TOY SHOW OR OUR WAREHOUSE.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?

We aim to dispatch all 'Pre-Ordered' products within 2-3 weeks AFTER receiving the new stock - if not sooner!

You will receive a tracking number via email the day before or on the day of dispatch.

Can I collect my order at the next Toy Show?

Yes - we are always happy to help you save on delivery costs by handling over your order at the next Toy Show that GW Acrylic will attend. Please select the show you wish to collect from at the checkout within the delivery method options. Please see here for our intended schedule or keep in touch via our Facebook Group.

Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

There is no charge for cancelling a Pre-Order at anytime up until the stock has been received. However, if you choose to cancel your Pre-Order AFTER this time, we charge 15% of the order total excluding shipping.
